Consider how many of your colleagues have a BlackBerry, Sidekick, iPhone, or Google phone and then think of how many people in the legal field would love to have a site that is as easy to find as this one. MiamiAttorney.mobi is set to be a site all about the legal options of the mobile user, with help for everything from criminal defense, dui and drunk driving, divorce, business, estate planning, wills, trusts, and the like. Even traffic violators are going to be looking for an attorney, and some of them will probably still be driving away from the police officer while looking up a lawyer to defend them. (of course people should not surf the internet while driving, but that's probably how they got the ticket in the first place.) All other factors being equal, this site is not 100% ready for prime time, but if you want to buy it you will look pretty smart, and that's just the type of initiative you need to take if you ever want to become a named partner.
