Scottsdale is a large city, so make sure you are in the best neighborhoods unless you are looking for South Scottsdale's "inexpensive" alternative to high value real estate. Then again, there are a lot of good ASU parties in South Scottsdale, so if you want to live next to a party house and its many visitors, this is the place for you.
